Arts and Crafts Birthday Parties

At Performing Stars, we are experts at organising craft parties; leave the stress of your child's birthday party to us. We offer a variety of different Birthday Party packages to ensure your child has a memorable day.

Our Arts and Crafts parties are perfect for children that are creative. If you are looking for a fun and memorable birthday party then Performing Stars is who to call! 

Our parties can be tailored to suit your child's interests and the crafts they enjoy the most! We provide the venue- The Barrowby Memorial Hall.

What does it include: 

  • Two fully insured and DBS checked party leaders.
  • All art materials and craft aprons (if needed) for the party activity.
  • Digital party invite (sent on booking).
  • Venue- The Barrowby Memorial Hall.
  • Speaker for Bluetooth music (if requested).

On the day, we ask that you arrive 20 minutes before the start of the party. This will give you a chance to put up any decorations, bring in food/drinks/cake and give us a chance to meet the birthday child! 

Once the party has finished we ask that everyone leaves the venue at the allocated time, as this will give the party leaders time to clean the premises.

 

Party Numbers: 

Our party package prices are for 10 children, any additional children will be priced at £6 per child (maximum of 20 children) 

 

Availability: 

We offer weekend availability, or availability in the holidays.

Harry Potter Inspired Craft Party   *£150

 

1.5 hour themed craft party (Split as 1 hour crafts and 30 minutes dedicated for party food/birthday cake and games).

A Harry Potter inspired potion craft birthday party, is the perfect way to combine magic and creativity, making it an unforgettable celebration for any young wizard or witch. 

Each child is welcomed with their own wand, setting the scene for a party filled with potion-making adventures. 

The part will consist of a potion crafting station, where the children can mix colourful liquids, glittering powders, and mystical ingredients to concoct their very own magical brews. With fun recipes inspired from Harry Potter like "Polyjuice Potion". 

Guided by a "potions master", they will experiment and engage in friendly competitions to see who can make the most impressive potion, before watching their potion bubble and brew before their eyes. 

 

Stranger Things Inspired Art Party   *£180

 

2.5 hour themed art party (Split as 2 hour crafts and 30 minutes dedicated for party food/birthday cake and games).

A Stranger Things inspired art birthday party, is the perfect way to combine creativity and mystery, making it an unforgettable celebration for anyone. Guided by the art leaders, you will be taught a step-by-step on how to draw a Demogorgon, how to blend a background, how to paint the Demogorgon using Acrylic paints, and how to add fine details to make your painting become realistic! 

Get ready for an exciting art adventure inspired by the mysterious world of Stranger Things! 
*Each child will receive their own canvas to paint on.

Wicked Inspired Art Party   *£165


2 hour themed art party (Split as 1.5 hour crafts and 30 minutes dedicated for party food/birthday cake and games).

A Wicked inspired art birthday party, is the perfect way to combine creativity and magic, making it an unforgettable celebration for anyone. Guided by the art leaders, you will be taught a step-by-step on how to draw a piece of Wicked inspired artwork.
You will be taught how to blend a background, how to paint the emerald city, poppies, Elphaba's broom, and more!  

Get ready for an exciting art adventure inspired by the magic world of Wicked!

Decoupage Craft Party   *£165


2 hour themed craft party (Split as 1.5 hour crafts and 30 minutes dedicated for party food/birthday cake and games).

A decoupage craft birthday party, is the perfect way to showcase creativity, making it an unforgettable celebration for anyone. Guided by the art leaders, you will be taught a step-by-step on how to decoupage your chosen object. 

A decoupage party is all about decorating objects with cut‑outs of paper, stickers, or tissue paper, then sealing them with glue or varnish. It’s easy, artistic, and great for a wide range of ages.
